About the role:
Nexpanse is looking for an experienced Senior Python Backend Developer to spearhead the development of our backend infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to build our backend architecture from scratch, with a focus on integrating LLM API and implementing ML ops practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure using Python.
• Lead the integration of LLM API into our backend systems.
• Implement ML Ops practices to streamline the deployment and management of machine learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices to support our AI-driven products and services.
• Architect and implement data pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality code and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of building and scaling backend infrastructure using Python, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with Django or Flask frameworks.
• Experience with integrating LLM API and implementing ML ops practices is a significant plus.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
