❗️We are a small but international company created by IT engineers.
❗️Not being an outsourcer in the usual sense of the word, we specialize in creating niche software for large
international banks and investment funds.
❗️We are seeking a Java tech lead 7+ years of experience to join our team. This is an existing team owning a few core components (integration services) used for building the vast majority of Java apps inside the organization. It’s mostly about entitlements and authentication (but not limited to).

🎯 What we need from you:
- guiding and mentoring your team members;
- improving services (yes, there is some tech debt there. Sad but true) and further development;
- vulnerability management for owned components and its dependencies;
- helping other dev team to properly utilize your services and be open for their feedback and contribution.
🎯 Position requires strong experience in/with:
- Java Core (11/17) + multithreading
- Spring Boot 2.7+
- Security frameworks & protocols: Spring Security, OAuth2, JWT
- Experience with containerized applications
🎯 Nice to have:
- Okta authentication;
- Apache Avro;
- familiarity with AWS.
🎯 In addition, the role requires:
- experience in managing opensource-like services development (accepting contribution from
- other teams);
- strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
