Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and launch of a product similar to OpenShift from Red Hat IBM or VMware Tanzu. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience with international software products, good or fluent English, and a track record of delivering successful products. Experience with data services on Kubernetes is a plus, as is experience with software-defined storage for Kubernetes. The position is local in Moscow but remote locations are OK for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product roadmap, strategy, and vision.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure the successful launch of the product.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competition.

- Develop and manage the product's pricing, positioning, and messaging.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of the product.

- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of product features and enhancements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in product management for international software products.

- Good or fluent English is a must.

- Experience with data services on Kubernetes is a plus.

- Experience with software-defined storage for Kubernetes is a plus.

- Experience with Chinese companies is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is preferred.
