Responsibilities:
- Drive user acquisition for iOS and Android games on a daily basis
- Provide full-cycle management of advertising campaigns, including planning, launch, and optimization in accordance with KPIs
- Conducting experiments on the effectiveness of user acquisition and analyzing the results
- Provide data-driven solutions to boost creative development
- Work closely with the marketing and design departments to ensure optimal content and creative assets performance
- Work closely with the games teams to ensure goals alignment and update performance benchmarks
- Select, onboard, and evaluate new mobile UA partners
- Build, maintain and enhance Mytona relationships with mobile UA partners. Negotiate terms to maximize performance opportunities
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Work experience in a large company
- In-depth understanding and proven expertise with user acquisition via Facebook/Google Ads
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
- Excellent negotiations and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- A completed physics, mathematics, or technical education
- English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above
