Cloud Infrastructure Security Analyst

We are QUADCODE, a company that develops a SaaS trading platform for clients around the world.

We are working with Agile, Scrum (1–2-week sprints), and SAFe framework. Furthermore, we are using Google meet, Zoom, Slack, TargetProcess for team work.

Now we are opening a new position, CLOUD IS ANALYST for a new banking project in our company. You will be working in the INFRASTRUCTURE SECURITY TEAM in close collaboration with Banking team.

The IS TEAM works with various Infrastructure teams (Admins, NOC, OPS, Compliance) to identify and mitigate security issues, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations by applying their in-depth security knowledge of operating systems, infrastructure, cloud providers, etc. Also, they work very closely with the Security Operation Center and help them with incident response process.

Now the team has 3 IS Engineers and a Team Leader.

TECH STACK

• Scripting: Python, Bash;
• Orchestration: Ansible, Terraform;
• OS: Linux, Windows, MacOS;
• Vuln. Scanners: Rapid 7 Insight VM;
• Endpoint Security: Sentinel One; Wazuh;
• Clouds: AWS, GCP, OpenStack;
• CI/CD: Kubernetes, Docker, Gitlab;
• Other: Impera WAF, Azure SSO, Splunk.

TASKS IN THE ROLE

• investigate cloud services configuration, IAM, network exposure to find security issues;
• implement and maintain security measures to protect corporate infrastructure;
• work with infrastructure teams to eliminate security misconfigurations, risks, and vulnerabilities;
• assist the corporate SOC in the incident response process.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years experience working in infrastructure security, cloud security, or cloud architect involved in misconfiguration identification;
• worked with Cloud-native services and environments (Docker/Kubernetes);
• experience with cloud computing environments (AWS, OpenStack);
• knowledge of general and best security practices, regular corporate security risks;
• technical knowledge of network and operating systems;
• experience provisioning and managing infrastructure and policy as code;
• scripting skills (Python and/or Ruby);
• competent written and verbal communication skills (English B1, Russian B2+).
