The Customer success department is a technically-oriented team that maintains respectful and trusted relationships with our clients and assist them in understanding their needs and requirements.
As a customer success manager, you will be responsible for evaluating and delivering client requirements, presenting our main solutions, and proactively contacting the clients to keep the solutions updated.
We’re looking for a person who will be a bridge between our RnD Team and clients. As a Customer success manager, you understand the client's business goals and help the dev team to implement these goals into our products.


Customer Success Manager Duties
  • Maintaining an expert level of Company products knowledge;
  • Maintaining an expert level of the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms;
  • Working with clients to establish goals and assist them in achieving their goals;
  • Listening, understanding, and evaluating customer requirements and needs to suggest upgrades or additional features;
  • Close collaboration with Head of R&D in design and development of the new products and product features;
  • Tracking the new features or product development according to the agreement with clients and delivering the software to customers, providing status of ongoing projects and future projects;
  • Gathering customer feedback and requests on a regular basis, summarizing and providing reports to stakeholders on product performance;
  • Maintaining CRM and other company’s systems;
  • Training customers and colleagues to use products and new features;
  • Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction;
  • Driving increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth.

Requirements:

  • Technical / Analytical mindset;
  • Basic technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, MySQL, REST API, Windows service);
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills (C1+)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Technical Support Analyst, Customer Success (Support) Manager will be an advantage.
