BostonGene is pioneering the use of biomedical software to identify novel and personalized treatment options through next-generation multi-platform analytics, advancing and optimizing outcomes for cancer patients. Our mission is to power healthcare’s transition to personalized medicine using our AI-based molecular and immune profiling to improve the standard of care, accelerate research, and improve economics.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the architectural design, implementation plan, and best practices for different projects to help us deliver the best product

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing a team of engineers
  • Experienced in implementation of complex components, websites, and applications
  • Knowledge of the principles of building a reliable architecture
  • A rational approach to technical solutions, the ability to reasonably discuss options and choose the best
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science
  • 6+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Excellent knowledge of Typescript, ES6, SCSS (or LESS)
  • Experience with React (functional and class components)
  • Experience with NPM, Webpack
  • Previous experience working with D3.js or Canvas.js is desirable
  • Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code
