Lanck Telecom team has been working on global telecommunication market for more than 20 years. Our main projects are related to the development of solutions for international operators, voice data and SMS services. And also we create unique niche products for our clients. Lanck Telecom is a distributed team of professionals, using modern technology stack and all actual tools for effective work.
We are currently looking for a Middle/Senior Product UI/UX Designer with 3-5 years of experience, a systemic mindset and experience working on large and complex projects. Experience with fintech products and mobile interfaces is highly desirable..
Tasks:
- You will be developing design systems for existing products in the company;
- Design and develop web cabinet interfaces for clients (B2B, telecom operators);
- Design and develop mobile interfaces (B2C applications on iOS and Android);
- Participate in the development of "customer development" and UX.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge and experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop;
- Systems thinking and ability to work on large and long projects;
- Attention to details;
- Knowledge of UX research approaches and techniques;
- Experience in developing mobile interfaces is highly desirable;
- Experience with fintech products is a big plus.

Along with your CV, please be sure to include in your cover letter a link to an up-to-date portfolio with recent work that shows the current level of skills. It will also be necessary to show a couple of real projects in Figma, with a map of screens and the final interface, in order to assess the consistency in UX development and the level of tool proficiency.
