Kaspersky Lab is looking for seasoned presales manager to build up presales mastery and apply best practises and methodologies to presales day to day operations. This position will require cross functional collaboration and deep involvement in presales community life. Presales Expert is responsible for development of Presales frameworks on different stages of Sales Cycle.

Duties

  • Constant evaluation and improvement of presales onboarding program including presales career path.
  • Creation of presales best practises for Proof of Value for different product types.
  • Analyse results of presales activity together with Presales operation to find ways to optimise and improve conversion rates
  • Tune and develop Presales frameworks for strategic products on different sales stages (lead generation, demo, PoC, proposal, follow up)
  • Working together with Presales process Manager to create Presales cycle framework
  • Orchestrate and help to deliver presales workshops\ roadshows for Customers and Partners
  • Work together with Corporate Center of Business Expertise to create Internal Product Workshops for presales
  • Tune and develop strategic solutions demo cases
  • Gather success cases from local presales communities and share it with rest of the teams.
  • Presales documentation for strategic products review
  • Drive presales community experience sharing
  • Help Presales operations with news and topics for Presales Newsletter

Experience, Skills and Competencies

  • 5+ years working experience in presales or similar positions
  • Excellent understanding of CyberSecurity market
  • Excellent knowledge of EDR, MDR, XDR, SIEM market and sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to transform experience into guidance for other teams
  • Ability to work closely with high performing and demanding sales teams.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to take ownership.
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English

Preferred Requirements:

  • Certified in Security related Industry, Vendor or Professional Certification: CISM, CISSP, Security+
  • Experience selling xDR, SASE solutions
  • Experience working with large enterprise accounts
  • Experience in framework creation and enablement
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
