Main responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy creation and approval for all types of strategies requested by top-management
  • Work with the BU leads to develop the vision, strategy and strategic pillars / key focus areas for the next curve of growth
  • Based on vision from BU develop and agree with key stakeholders the strategic documents for 4-5 years development
  • Support business opportunities discovery process by business cases preparation, conduct relevant researches
  • Coordinate with the internal v-team to drive all identified initiatives through a “PMO” type rhythm as needed   
  • Drive strategic projects as required by BU needs (leading with influence across extended v-teams)
  • Support BU leaders as needed in landing transformation (change) planning, orchestration, strategic communication, and change management
  • Develops and agrees Shared KPIs to ensure strategy implementation, regularly monitors and acts on any negative deviations with mitigation measures, agreed with the BUs

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years strategy/strategic projects experience in a variety of positions and/or 3-6 years of experience in top consulting firms
  • Experience in implementing strategic programs is preferred, change management capability and proven ability to work across product, sales and marketing teams
  • Experience in supporting tech-led organizations in management consulting role
  • International experience preferred
  • The ideal candidate would have senior management level experience with exposure to a variety of functions (Management Consulting, Business Development, Product Management, Program Management and / or Solution Selling)
  • Passion and deep expertise in collaborating to drive new ideas and implement them across the people, process and technology aspects
