DevOps Support Engineer

Skills:

• Some experience in AWS Amazon or any other cloud
• Experience to troubleshot Elasticsearch/Opensearch will be an advantage
• Experience to troubleshot Kafka, PostgreSQL
• Good communicative skills
• Conversational English
• Must be a self-starter and motivated

What you’ll do:

• Support and maintain SaaS solution in AWS Amazon
• Support and maintain Elasticsearch clusters
• Work closely with Senior DevOps Team (Tier 1 escalation)
• Work with customers around the globe
