Role
Kaspersky is looking for a seasoned professional to lead group of Security Solutions Architects to develop enterprise business on a global theatre. The ideal candidate must have proven Cyber Security and IT experience and knowledge.
The role involves into presales activities and events with key regional and global customers and prospects, provides comprehensive support and coaching for local sales and engineers teams, submits win-loss analysis, aggregates and shares presales best practices and tactics,conducts global initiatives and knowledge flows (presales kits, solutions workshops, etc) coming from global Corporate Center of Business Expertise to regional presales teams.
Duties
- Lead group of Security Solution Architects across the globe (EU, META, APAC, LATAM) Help to drive and coordinate following activities in Regions:
- Involving in presales activity with key Regional customers and prospects driven by Kaspersky local teams and enterprise partners.
- Intensive interacting with customers included into Regional named account list.
- Intensive interacting with key Partners in the Region to create joint proposals
- Control development of technical proposal documents and other presales documents for key deals in the Region
- Contributing to creation of presales documents for key deals in the Region
- Taking leadership in building of presales support team for key or complicated projects. Defining, organizing and managing such virtual teams in accordance to current projects needs including tasks design, goal clarification and team leading.
- Coaching and guiding of Regional sales & engineers teams.
- Collecting and reporting Regional customers’ feedback in a form win-loss analysis and wish list for product management team.
- Providing subject matter expertise on a broad range of IT Security realms.
- Designing the highly professional expert level persuasive presentations of Kaspersky security solutions and other presales materials in cooperation with product marketing and management teams.
- Develop and contribute to Corporate Centre of Business Expertise (CCBE) initiatives
- Facilitate adoption of CCBE initiatives in the Regions
- Collecting and sharing presales experience and the best practices.
- Evangelizing new products inside and outside the company.
- Representing Kaspersky Lab on conferences, roadshows, and workshops.
Experience, Skills and Competencies
- 10+ years working experience.
- 5+ years of pre-sales or similar experience in Cyber Security.
- 3+ years of presales team lead, group manager or similar experience. Experience working with a geographically distributed team is preferable
- In-depth knowledge of Cyber Security, Computer Networking and Virtualization.
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
- Outstanding customer handling skills preferably in delivery roles.
- Excellent Presentation ability and a passion to evangelise on the latest threats and solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to comprehend customer requirements highlighting a genuine value proposition
- Ability to work closely with high performing and demanding sales teams.
- A relentless work ethic and a desire to learn a new skills, develop additional expertise and improve personally.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and willing to take ownership.
- Passion to create and sell the best solutions.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Preferred Requirements:
- Certified in Security related Industry, Vendor or Professional Certification: GCIA, GCIH, Security+, OSCP, CEH, CISSP
- Knowledge of (information) risk management related standards
- Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
