Go-to-market Lead orchestrates all activities related to respective product lifecycle from launch planning to end of life. He/she owns development and implementation of Go-to-market strategy, define metrics and tracks KPIs, negotiate regional GTM plans and initiates improvements based on feedback from regional office, ensuring regional sales readiness and entire program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops global go-to-market guidelines for respective products. Defines metrics and KPIs. It covers but not limited by the following projects related to product lifecycle;
- Product launches;
- Product initiatives during its lifecycle;
- End of sales process;
- Responsible for integration of the global GTM guidelines into regional plans;
- Track go-to-market plans execution across regions, report results, issues, and possible risks;
- Provide insights on regional business and competitive specifics and market trends to support and iterate go to market programs and find new opportunities to maximize business outcomes;
Qualification and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or business development;
- Proven achievements in product marketing of software or service;
- Proven experience of go-to-marketing projects implementation;
- Advanced English;
- Team-player who can also work independently;
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Public speaking;
- Time management;
- Critical thinking;
