Job Purpose:
Manage the development and execution for critical projects and technologies that support Marketing and Sales revenue generation activities including customer data management, lead workflow, lead scoring, lead nurturing, demand generation, and database integrity programs as part of an overall marketing automation and operations function. Maintain responsibility for tracking of demand generation programs, lifecycle marketing campaign enablement, and campaign performance reporting. Assist with business-related aspects of marketing automation and associated technology vendor relationships. Support Regional and Global Teams with knowledge and best Practices of Adobe Campaign Classic platform and Marketo Engage platform usage
Main responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the lead scoring, lead management, training, technical implementation (from the business perspective), build out, and data management as it relates to the global adoption and maintenance of the marketing automation system (Marketo) and with each Region assigned.
- Handle all new incoming marketing automation requests and tasks including: demand generation, campaign development, Web forms, webinars, email, data management, reporting & analytics; and third party integration requests and deployment
- Work with the demand, field, and corporate marketing teams to implement email execution best practices and uphold related standards.
- Coordinate with IT resources to ensure successful system and process integration with other departments.
- Setup programs, automated processes and Marketing Assets in Adobe Campaign Classic and Marketo Engage
- Management of the global B2B Lifecycle models (Acquisition, Customer, Partner) and operationalizing these processes in coordination with the Vendor, Global Sales Enablement, regional Marketing, and HQ IT teams.
- Oversight, business responsibility, and management of global data quality, processes, policies and campaigns including email subscriptions, Web forms, data routing rules and privacy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 - 5 years of work experience in B2B Marketing Automation or b2c Marketing Automation
- Experience working with field Sales/Marketing
- 3+ years hands-on experience with marketing automation systems(e.g. Eloqua, Responsys, Exact Target, Marketo Engage, Pardot, Adobe Campaign classic, etc.). Marketo experience a plus.
- Experience in running integrated marketing campaigns in the past - demand generation, content, digital events, in-person events, etc.
- Experience using and tracking leads in CRM
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent proficiency in Marketo (power user or Marketo administrator level)
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic (power user or administrator level)
- Deep knowledge and understanding of modern marketing techniques in a B2B and b2c software Sales process (leads, pipeline, funnel, opportunities, revenue contribution)
- Knowledge of industry email marketing, and Email/Spam law best practices by region
- Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and, strong interest in working within a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented disposition with ability to facilitate intra-group collaboration
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires quick adjustments and re-calibration of priorities when business needs change
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and see them through from inception to completion
- Strong strategic, analytical, project management and communication (oral and written) skills
- English fluency required
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation software (Marketo Engage, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign Classic, Exact Target, Pardot, etc.) required.
- Marketo engage proficiency required. Certification preferred
- Adobe Campaign Classic proficiency required. Certification preferred
- MS Office proficiency required
- Understanding of internet and online marketing processes
