Content / Marketing manager

Metalabs is cryptostartup. We are a small, deep tech, open mind, and decentralized team. Our mission is to help the Algorand blockchain ecosystem grow by developing DeFi and other financial applications.

We need help with PR/Marketing and community building and looking for a person who can take responsibility for this part of the business.

Qualifications

• understanding what marketing is and its purpose
• the ability to determine the target audience by product, segment it and describe where they can be found
• building KPI and marketing performance metrics
• creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
• upper-intermediate 

Optional

• user experience in the crypto industry, NFT, and DeFi

Responsibilities

• make a marketing strategy, KPI, and metrics system
• make a content plan for the week and follow it
• regular twitter posts and discord announcements
• media papers releases
• looking for artists collaboration
• make discord events for the community
• similar projects analysis and ideas suggestion
