Grabr is a global travel and shopping marketplace, bridging the gap between global products and local shoppers. Shoppers have access to goods that are widely unavailable or expensive in their country, and travelers can use the extra room in their suitcase to make some cash while on the go.
Assisting customers is no small task. Our goal is to build relationships based on trust which result in happy, passionate, & loyal customers. We do this through listening to their needs and guiding them to the fullest use of the products we offer.
Founded in 2015, Grabr has raised over $17 million from top-tier investors and is rapidly expanding with the launch of GrabrFi.
Grabr is looking to bring on a new CX specialist, part-time, to help expand our Customer Experience team.
We're looking for an ambitious and thoughtful customer advocate, who is eager to build meaningful relationships with our customers and help us build the foundations of what it means to do Customer Success at Grabr.
In general, a typical day involves:
- Being an active member of a global team that provides 24/7 support via phone, Zendesk tickets, social media accounts and chat.
- Helping and educating our community members, which are located all around the world.
- Troubleshooting, investigating, and reporting bug reports.
- Actively communicate with other team members using Slack to report issues or get more information needed to get a case solved.
- Building a community of support by sharing knowledge and helping team members around the world.

What is required for this position:
- You have excellent, thoughtful written and verbal communication skills.
- You’re fluent and eloquent in spoken & written Russian and English. Spanish or Portuguese is also required.
- You have 1-2 years of experience in Customer related positions.
- You can work one day of the weekend.
- You’re looking for a part-time position.
- You have your own computer equipment and a strong, reliable internet connection.
- You own a headset with a microphone to be able to take calls if needed.
- You can take calls in a calm and quiet environment.
- You currently work, or would love to work and thrive in a remote startup environment, and have clear expectations on the grind involved.
