The Head of Community role will own the operations of our community-first initiatives, ranging from content to promotion programs. He or she will be able to take full control of and skillfully grow our digital communications efforts to our community.
Responsibilities
- Moderate social media accounts at Discord, Twitter;
-Development and implementation of methods to retain and engage the audience in Discord servers activities
- Create and follow event plan, conducting contests / marathons and other activities for the audience.
- Work closely with CMO and CPO to develop creative communications campaigns;
- Build up an engaged audience within our core target audiences and pillars of work;
- Manage and grow the community (real) across our social media channels;
- Work with influencers;
- Produce regular reporting – with analysis providing learnings to guide constant improvement of social ROI to all relevant stakeholders;
- Form a feedback loop from community members and send it in a formalized form to developers;
Requirements
- At least 2 year of experience with cryptocurrency-related content / social media management
- Understand of and experience at cryptocurrencies, blockchain and NFT;
- Advanced written and spoken English (all communications are in English);
- Experience of working with Discord (know, use, know how channels work), Telegram;
- Experience as a community manager (Games, Crypto, Blockchain, etc.)
- A passion for building a community and telling stories;
