Responsibilities:
I. Full cycle executive search:
- Proactively and independently lead executive search projects on an international scale, in close collaboration with colleagues globally
- Work on job profiling, position specifications and focused search solution design based on internal client requirement & company needs
- Research and identify prospective candidates through targeted company research, industry sources, relevant prior searches and internal sources.
- Engage, conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates.
- Relationship management. Maintain and further development of relationships with target audiences (internal & external networking)
- Act as a talent advisor for internal clients\stakeholders in matters related to external labor market.
II. Market Research:
- Propose & work on further development of market research methodologies that most effectively provide insights that drive critical initiatives
- Perform project specific research, analysis and evaluation of market information through different external sources and internal databases.
- Prepare internal client documents on project basis, including pitch presentations, progress reports, candidate profiles and mapping reports.
- Systematically identify target companies and candidates. Continuously develop internal database both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Contact executive managers and industry insiders when needed to gather insights about industries, companies and candidates.
- Work on knowledge management projects as well as in comprehensive cross-functional initiatives
Requirements:
- Higher education
- 3+ years of executive search experience is a must
- Profound interviewing & sourcing skills.
- English – upper intermediate.
- Interest & expertise in analytical tasks
- Ready to work in a multitasking environment and to meet deadlines.
- Strong communications skills.
- Ability to collaborate within teams and amongst teams
