We are the founders of the industry; an international company providing HR solutions since 1946. Having taken the leading position decades ago, we continue to expand the business. We work to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance across 15th countries, 7 already live. This project is going together with strong Vendor and localization partners. And now we are looking for Business Analyst (IT Finance) for our international team.  

We are looking for candidates from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan and Nizhny Novgorod.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as Business Analyst on support items
  • Escalation to Vendor and follow-up until resolution
  • Showing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations / Dynamics AX solution fit to the countries needs
  • Advise finance on solution usage and help minimize gaps between standard product country business processes with creative configuration.
  • Prepare documentation (Idea specifications, Business Requirements Documents, functional specifications) for customizations required.
  • Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations/ Dynamics AX
  • Prepare User Manuals and deliver Training
  • Provide pre-go live and post go live end user support

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations or Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 RTM, R2, R3 is required
  • Experience in configuring and support Finance modules – GL, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, Project Accounting, Sales Order Management, Multi-company is required
  • Experience in Expense Management, Procurement, Financial Management is a plus.
  • Knowledge on Localization Requirements is a Plus
  • Proficient with PowerBI, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
  • Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process modeling tools preferred.
  • Excellent English writing skills and verbal skills
