Product Manager / Business Analyst

Currently, we are seeking for a highly skilled Product Manager / Business Analyst to join our Hi5 Team. This team is developing a family of mobile applications dedicated to boost people's productivity and make their lives easier.

Responsibilities

• Communication with stakeholders
• Creating and clarifying business / technical requirements
• Creating release roadmaps for mobile applications, product features, and business milestones
• Converting requirements into user stories and tasks
• Leading team scrum activities
• Optimizing and documenting process flows for various production activities
• Helping QAs and PO in the testing of new features

You Will Need to Have

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant position
• Experience in market and competitor analysis, road-mapping, features prioritizing, task estimation methodologies, and task tracking software.
• Understanding and hands-on experience of working in mobile development teams
• Understanding of different digital promotion channels for mobile apps, prerequisites, and deliverables within them
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and such frameworks as Kanban and Scrum
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1+)

We Would Love to See

• Experience in unit economics and business product metrics calculation
• Experience in describing processes in BPMN
• Ability to use SQL to get data for analysis
• Experience with working within CI/CD-oriented development process
