Solutions Expert, Advanced Threat Protection

The Solution Expert is part of the Global Center of Corporate Business Expertise engaged in projects, related to Kaspersky Advanced Threat Protection Solutions portfolio.

Main Responsibility Area

• Evangelizing Kaspersky enterprise security solutions & technologies via development of expert-level materials, speaking at public events, etc.
• Providing global pre-sales and enterprise sales requests’ support (for Advanced Threat Protection) – ensuring effective resolution of customer/partner issues, performing RFP/RFI analysis, preparing compelling proposal documentation, etc.
• Designing the most optimal solutions architecture for planned solution deployment (global customers/national projects)
• Deploying and updating the Kaspersky Advanced Threat Protection solutions (remotely and on-site) in large customer environments.
• Technical enablement and coaching for local offices/customers/partners.
• Delivering presentations, workshops, hands-on trainings to customers/partners (on-site and remote)
• Conducting on-site/remote demo & PoC for Kaspersky Advanced Threat Protection Solutions.
• Performing internal evaluation & validation of current and planned features, suggesting recommendations on further development of Advanced Threat Protection solutions capabilities, feature prioritization based on customer business demands, emerging threats, and competitors’ offerings.

Requirements

• Higher education (Degree in IT/Security is preferable)
• Not less than 5 years’ experience in IT/Security or related areas
• English - strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior work experience with Advanced Threat Protection technologies - experience deploying complex technical software solutions is preferable (EPP/EDR/Sandbox/NTA/etc.)
• Familiarity with modern cyber-security industry trends
• Holding recognized security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP) is considered as an advantage
