Junior CX Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Industry and process-oriented consulting with external and internal customers all over the CIS
• Education instructor in SAP service center
• Participate in courses development
• Project review
• Participate in solution localizations

Requirements:

• Higher education (physic mathematics and/or economic)
• SAP CX or SAP SD 1+ years experience
• 1+ delivery project experience
• Hands on configuration of SAP CX or SAP SD
• Project delivery experience in international companies will improve the chances of a candidate
• Project documentation experience is preferable (conceptual design of user guides, user documentation)
• Knowledge of project implementation standards
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• English on a good level
• Readiness for business travel
