MEDvidi mental telehealth is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Marketing Growth Hacker to lead growth marketing for our startup. In this cross-functional role, you’ll learn a lot and will have the chance to try new things while optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are the key to your success in this position.

At its core, this job is about driving customer and revenue growth. As a Marketing Growth Hacker, you will need to dive deep into every aspect of our customer journey and funnel, from acquisition and retention to referrals and revenue. Your number one focus is to determine, test and execute the right mix of demand generation and marketing automation activities to optimize this. You will lead the planning, execution, and reporting of these activities and metrics as well.


Collaborate with channel-specific marketing, product, and support teammates to identify areas for growth

Test and optimize growth tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization

Conduct and present competitive analyses and market research

Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand

Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results

Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow KPIs.

Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.

Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments in order to present results and make the product more user-centric

Understanding CRO principles and hacks 

Adoption and comprehension of a lean startup process.

Experience with the AARRR framework

Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance

Developing, scaling and automating the growth framework processes

Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth


At least 7 years' experience in Marketing operations, ideally product/SaaS

Prior experience in a similar role

Experience with marketing CRMs system

Proven skills in building and improving campaigns to drive value

Experience with Excel and/or tools to perform analysis and reporting

Experience working in an environment with users at scale and high-stakes

Track record of changing the status-quo with data and strong execution across multiple groups

Phenomenal cross-group collaborator, self-starter and big-picture problem solver

Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics.

Being social and understanding users’ behavior. Having great customer relations skills and being focus on customer experience

Willing to learn

A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience

Editing and copywriting skills

Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing

Having experience with growth hackings tools
