Now we’re looking for a Russia-based Regional Director of Business Development to drive sales and lead to significant growth in the up-market segments within CIS and Asia for two of our products, BoardMaps and Virtual Data Rooms. In this role, you will lead teams of results-oriented quota-carrying field sales professionals and shape the company’s sales development strategy to the market demand to reach triple-digit growth in the assigned regions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Leading the execution of sales strategy on the assigned territories and ensuring quota achievement by the teamHiring, managing, and coaching B2B field sales teamConducting regular pipeline reviews with the members of the team and supervising their performance vs KPIsCoordinating cross-functional cooperation of sales team with other business functionsParticipating in strategically important client negotiations and meetingsProviding regular reports and feedback from the field to HQThis role assumes regular business travel when travel restrictions permit
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
5+ years of direct enterprise-level sales experience at the Russian market as a consistent top performerProven use of consultative selling methodology to achieve superior resultsExperience selling services to C-level executives, decision-makers, and end-usersExperience in conducting cold callsExperience leading 5+ people teams engaged in enterprise-level salesStrong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, coach, and develop othersPassion to rapidly building expertise in a new region and/or industry verticalsStrong relationship management skills, including the ability to influence stakeholdersExcellent negotiation and influencing skillsHigh autonomy in achieving business objectivesFluency in English (C1-C2), knowledge of the additional language would be an advantage
