Scrum Master

We're looking for experienced a Scrum Master

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in IT company;
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle;
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English (experience in communication with foreign colleagues);
• Relevant Certifications (eg PSM, etc.);
• Understanding and proven experience of using backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision making, and the use of Jira and Confluence;
• Effective in driving cross-team challenges to conclusion/resolution;
• Understanding of Release Management;
• Understanding of git flow;
• Would be a plus- understanding of the iGaming industry;

Duties:

• Support Scrum in frontend and backend  team;
• Gather agile metrics and prepare reports;
• Improve processes across the company through retrospectives;
• Manage Release Process and coordinate deployments;
