Tech Lead .Net/React Developer

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, develop and test SqlDBM existing and new functionality using C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, and AWS

• Lead the technical planning and requirements gathering phases including estimations, development, testing, and delivery in collaboration with a PM

• Create and operate the CI/CD pipelines for the solutions we deliver

• Serve as a Technical Lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership during the development and continual improvement of the product.

• Act as the main technical point of contact and SME for the stakeholders

• Manage and delegate work items with other project team members

• Manage the creation of the backlog per sprint and assist PM in project planning

• Performs code audits and reviews as required

• Ensure implementation, deployment, and backup is done following SqlDBM’s standards

• Able to understand unique business and technical requirements of the engagement and facilitate communications on the most appropriate solution design

• Produce detailed design documentation, unit test plans, and well-documented code

• Able to develop code on the assigned platform and respective integrations in collaboration with other technical team members

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of professional development experience.
• Microsoft Technology Stack
• Visual Studio / C# .NET
• Net Core / MVC / React JS
• CSS/HTML/JS
• REST API development experience
• Understanding of relational database design and querying (MS SQL).
• Integrate data and workflows that span multiple business processes and 3rd party tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps
