Senior System Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Software business analysis and requirements management (business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements, business process and workflows, user guides)
• Manage communication with stakeholders and development team through project lifecycle
• Requirements management and requirements traceability management
• Change request management
• Contribute to technical and visual design
• UI prototypes and mockups development
• Manage software demonstrations
• User acceptance testing

Requirements:
• Technical background (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Economics/Management)
• 3+ years of experience in software business analysis
• Strong experience in requirements development and support
• Excellent verbal communication and written documentation skills, proven experience of working directly with stakeholders including communication framework development and implementation
• High analytical skills and learning ability
• Experience in estimating BA efforts
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate +
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience in UI prototyping and mockups development
• Good knowledge of UML and BPMN

Extra Plus:
• Experience in blockchain projects or understanding of blockchain technology
• Atlassian suite experience
