As a member of an agile Global Acquisition Initiatives (GAI) team you will identify new B2C user acquisition initatives and learning, acting as an integrator between Digital Sales, Marketing and B2C Solutions. The purpose of the team is to build and propagate new methods and learning that scale user acquisition globally across audiences and channels.  

 

You are an ambitious Digital Marketer with experience in performance and subscription marketing, looking for an opportunity to apply and grow your skills globally. You love business development as a way of fueling customer acquisition and driving integration through simple, scalable methods. Creating structure from chaos, identifying commercial opportunities and working in ambiguous situations fuels you.

 

Main responsibilities

Manage and grow pilots to fuel new customer acquisition 

  • Grow and manage a pipeline of multi-channel pilots and micro pilots that are incremental to our existing user acquisition programs and do not rely on paid media   
  • Ensure pilots activities abide by four criteria:  
  • Acquisition - is it acquiring new paid users?  
  • Scale - is it scalable globally?  
  • Multiple use - is it replicable?  
  • Complexity – what is the minimum viable product? 
  • Collaborate with CRO and CXO teams to enable testing of multi-channel pilots and micro-pilots   
  • Document and identify learning that can be adopted by the larger Digital Sales Team 

 

Operational integration and agility   

  • Support the operational deployment of multi channel pilots and micro pilots  
  • Publish and manage team outputs across project management platform  
  • Clearly define and integrate requirements from different teams turning these into replicable components as opposed to one-off bespoke solutions 
  • Coordinate with Global Media Team to ensure alignment on pilots  
  • Align with Business Intelligence team to validate commercial contribution of pilots and tracking of KPIs  

 

Frameworks that enable user acquisition  

  • Work with GAI team members to develop, publish and propagate frameworks that facilitate the scaling of user acquisition initiatives  
  • Work with Digital Sales team to identify different requirements needed to ensure the framework incorporates key components including user journey, pricing and product  
  • Develop training materials to help in the adoption and propagation of frameworks by other teams   
  • Propagate framework through the organization.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing focused on new customer acquisition  
  • Experience in subscription marketing 
  • Practical experience integrating components that enable Digital user acquisition including pricing, content, pricing.    
  • Sales development skills, being able to identify commercial opportunities and shape them into initiatives / projects  
  • Strong communication and analytics skills with experience working with multi-cultural teams 
  • Familiarity with core e-Commerce & CRM marketing platforms and analytics tools  
  • High emotional intelligence & a great relationship builder 
  • Highly driven and results-oriented work ethic
