Remote Technical Interviewer

Soshace is a young and energetic company with headquarters in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. We are an online platform that joins IT professionals and companies since 2015.

We are looking for a Technical interviewer for our recruitment team. It’s a part-time job.

Main responsibilities:

1. Conducting technical interviews with developers including live coding (web developers). An interview lasts up to 2 hours
2. Analysis of online testing questions and update online tests for developers once a quarter

We expect you to have:

• Experience in web development
  
• Good knowledge of JavaScript
• Good knowledge of algorithms
• Good speaking skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level and above).

It’s also helpful if you’ve got:

• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Linux, GIT, SQL
• Knowledge of at least one of programming languages: Python, PHP, Java
• Basic understanding or experience with such frameworks as React, Angular, Node.js,Django, Laravel, Spring (to know how they differ and where they are used).
• Experience in conducting interviews

What we offer:

• 100% remote job with a flexible working schedule
• Hourly rate starting from 1000 rubs after all taxes (negotiated at the interview).
