- Customer Support via e-mail, telephone & chat in a proactive and friendly tone
- Monitor transactions based on our AML compliance policy
- Remote processing payment transactions via the administration (CRM) panel
- Troubleshoot and report technical issues to the IT department
- Excellent English in both written and verbal communication
- Confident PC user
- Secure and reliant WiFi/Cable connection
