Senior UI/UX Designer

Наша команда ищет Старшего/Лида UI/UX Дизайнера. Важно, чтобы это был человек, который способен не только создать красивый интерфейс, но и может досканально продумать продукт, его логику, UX. Мы в свою очередь обещаем работу над интересными продуктами и задачами в команде специалистов своего дела!

Most communication inside the team is in English, therefore a high level of speaking, writing, and understanding of it is required.

The ideal candidate will:
1) Be able to design in different styles resulting in unique and beautiful final work products
2) Be detail-oriented. Your designs should not have logic mistakes, missing buttons, inconsistent fonts/colors/layouts.
3) Be able to design a product from scratch, convey through the whole development process, and launch it without a hitch.
4) Be able to improve the design processes in the company and help other designers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience designing websites and web apps
• 2+ years experience designing mobile apps
• Experience designing desktop apps
• Expert knowledge of Figma
• Experience creating user stories and project architecture with flowcharts & block diagrams
• Expert understanding and utilizing of the iOS, Android, Web guidelines.
• Good understanding of modern design trends and where they are heading

Responsibilities:

• Product architecture
  • Analyze project and brainstorm better user experience
  • Optimize the user flow based on the business goals of the project
  • Create block diagrams and flowcharts showcasing user stories (user movement through the product)
• Wireframing
  • Create user flow and screen wireframes
• Design
  • Have a deep understanding of different design styles and guidelines and be able to utilize them
  • Be able to create a variety of design styles for the same wireframed screens
  • Understand color psychology & rules and optimize the color palette based on target audience preferences
  • Focus on creating a useful product
• Prototyping
  • Create wireframe and design prototypes of the product and its features
• Animation
  • Animate created designs into high fidelity interactive prototypes and videos
• Processes optimization
  • Understand and optimize design processes in the company
• Plan timeline
  • Plan timelines for tasks and execute them on time
• Task management
  • When working in the team be able to manage tasks between yourself and other designers

Условия работы:
1) Полный рабочий день - 8 часов.
2) График работы: Обязательно работать в период 8 утра - 12 дня по Нью Йорку (основной офис). Остальные 4 часа можно раньше, можно позже. Лучше позже, чтобы больше совпадать с Нью Йорком.
3) Удаленная работа.
4) Работаем организованно: используем месенджеры, таск менеджеры (в которых ведем спринты), и тайм трекеры.
5) Большая часть работы ведется на английском языке, поэтому необходимо знание языка достаточного для изучения профессиональной литературы и общения на рабочие темы.

Наше интервью проходит в два этапа:
1) Мы отбираем несколько кандидатов для прохождение тестового задание. Оно одинаковое для всех. В независимости от Результатов мы постараемся дать фидбэк.
2) По результатам тестового задания назначим интервью.

Мы планируем закрыть вакансию за 2-3 недели (в идеале), поэтому обещаем отвечать быстро.
