We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to help our SaaS business grow.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Develop new business to meet sales quotas
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solution according to customer needs and objectives
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Fluent English is a must
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) and MS Office is a plus
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic understanding of Financial industry is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
