Altermeliora is a software development company in the Health & Lifestyle industry.

We aim at delivering our customers life-changing tools to improve their day-to-day lives while using cutting-edge technologies.

We have interesting & challenging projects such as building health & nutrition community, payment & reports system, and more.

How do we work?

Our work in 100% remote.

We utilize SCRUM with 1-week sprints and have a weekly planning meeting.

Use Monday.com for task management and GSuite for day-to-day communication.

Who are we looking for?

As our projects are growing we are in search of experienced Python developers who are team-players, curious, responsible, professional, and able to learn new technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of developing commercial-grade applications using Python, Django, and front-end frameworks (React preferably)

  • Experience with backend (Python, Django, NodeJS, PostgreSQL)

  • Experience in unit-, integration- and E2E-testing

  • A good eye for improving usability, UX

  • Git skills

  • Good spoken / written English - most of our developers are Russian, but our communication is English-based

Nice to have:

  • CI / CD skills

  • Google cloud platform

Our recruitment process:

  • Technical interview with one of our team members (~ 15-30 minutes)

  • Test-assignment (~ 4 hours to complete) or you can show us the best examples of your code on GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket

  • Final personal interview (in English)
