Management trainee

The Management Trainee program is an intensive 2 months entry acceleration track for senior (including C-level) and junior candidates with high potential to grow in product management, sales, PR&marketing, analytics, R&D or other dimensions.
The program allows a newcomer to propel performance to and above the company benchmark by learning while executing cross-unit tasks and projects. Trainee will learn high performing principles, habits, mechanism design models, and process automation tools, and will have to educate and lift the performance of other teammates.
Upon successful completion, the trainee should have achievements on the belt and be appointed at a role fitting the trainee's skills, values, and lifetime goals. Trainee starts his acceleration track in close contact with the CEO in one of the units below:

- Sales and Marketing
- GA (finance, HR)
- Trading and liquidity desk
- Primary market VC Fundraising and Origination (deals sourcing, book building and crowdfunding)
- HFT, Futures and Derivatives markets (HFT traders)
- Prime Brokerage and OTC (Institutional Clients)
- Payments and Remittances
- Corporate and Merchants Accounts
- Legal and Compliance
- R&D

The management trainee will:

• work hard to deliver new heights in 1-2 units out of mentioned above
• have an opportunity to be the scrum master for the units
• choose and lead projects
• be able to take tasks from multiple units and CEO
• have a chance to launch and lead a new unit
• learn and shift frontiers of the best practices

The ideal candidate ...

• has a hard-working client-oriented culture
• probably worked 2+years in high pace international environment or has a degree in top 30 international university
• has worked in VC/capital markets or fintech or crypto or development or startups
• has outstanding problem solving and critical reasoning skills
• probably leverage Nash equilibrium and neuroeconomics to solve principal-agent, information asymmetry and free-rider problems
• likely has read Ben Horowitz or Ray Dalio or Jeff Sutherland
• likely to think that the work-life balance is a downshifting concept as it implies a conflict between clients' and personal goals
• is loyal, never backtalk, radically openminded, transparent and definitely puts the interest of clients first
