Your tasks:

• Consultancy of our customers on the introduction or expansion of cloud or on-premise based big data architectures
• Requirement analysis, conception and implementation
• End-to-end implementation, from data integration to use in analytical models and operationalization
• Preparation and analysis of large, structured and unstructured data volumes based on scaling cloud infrastructures
• Data provision as a basis for management reporting and dashboards
• Close cooperation with Data Scientists & Data Engineers to create analytical models, predictive evaluations and the development of preventive countermeasures
• Continuous submission of suggestions for improvement to increase the efficiency of already implemented Big Data solutions

Your profile:

• Several years of experience with one of the major cloud platforms (Amazon AWS, Google Cloud or MS Azure) as well as with modern Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
• Project experience with Cloud & Big Data architectures as Data Lake
• Experience with real-time infrastructures, e.g. with Kafka or comparable cloud services, is desirable
• Very good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Knowledge of Scala, Java, Python is advantageous
• University degree or completed training in the IT sector with relevant work experience
• Basic willingness to travel (DACH)
• Very good communication skills in German and English
