Technical Manager/Interviewer

We are looking for a Technical Manager/interviewer for our recruitment team. It’s a part-time job.

Soshace is a young and energetic company with headquarters in Saint-Petersburg, Russia. We are an online platform that joins IT professionals and companies since 2015.

Main responsibilities:

• Checking online test results and improving online tests for developers
• Conducting technical interviews with developers including live coding (web developers)

We expect you to have:

• Experience in conducting interviews

• Experience in web development

• Good knowledge of at least one of programming languages: JavaScript, Python, PHP

• Good knowledge of algorithms

• Good speaking skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level and above).

It’s also helpful if you’ve got:

• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Linux, GIT, SQL

• Basic understanding or experience with such frameworks as Angular, React, Django, Node.js, Laravel (to know how they differ and where they are used).

What we offer:

• 100% remote job with a flexible working schedule

• The workload around 10 hours a week and more

• Hourly rate starting from 900 rubs after all taxes (negotiated at the interview).
