Retention Marketing Manager (Relocation to Cyprus)

Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced Retention Marketing Manager to join our team to design and coordinate programs to retain customers and clients

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement direct marketing campaigns that will help to retain the Company's clients

• Help design & create requirements for Notifications Center, a control panel for all push notifications for mobile/desktop applications.

• Create and constantly maintain lists of personalized messages to clients through email campaigns and push notifications.

• Work with other departments to design and develop email campaigns, landing pages and forms including creative, testing, deployment and analysis.

• Monitors industry best practices and analyzes campaign performance to optimize plans going forward.

• Ensure consistency of campaigns

• Develop an understanding of what is needed to create a great client experience.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of email, retention, and/or performance marketing experience

• Proven experience in managing and delivering retention strategies, planning, analytical, problem-solving skills

• Data-oriented approach

• Pro-active and able to show initiative whilst working quickly and maintaining an eye for detail

• Fluent English
