Hi everyone,

Affise (Performance Marketing Software) is a technological product company. We develop highload SaaS-services in the Ad Tech domain to help our customers to run their online advertising campaigns in a more effective way.

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining good long-term relationships with our customers. You will be a contact for incoming service and troubleshooting requests, providing our clients with a comprehensive support and ensuring they are satisfied with our services. As a good Customer Success Manager, you should be an excellent communicator, act as an expert and customers' trusted advisor enabling realize the advantages of Affise software to achieve their business objectives.

  • you have sufficient background in customer service;

  • you are able to listen to customers and convince without pressure. Result-driven and professional. Open-minded and easy-going;

  • you have excellent verbal and written English (Upper-Intermediate+) and Russian (close to advance); Additional languages are plus!

  • you are an enthusiastic self-driven achiever, ensuring the job is done.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strengthen the relationship with the customers with available technological and marketing methods;                                                                                   
  • Act as the main contact person for complaints and dealing with clients` requests;
  • Successfully sell our technology advantages over competing solutions;
  • Collect insights and feedback about platform usage;
  • Notification new clients about new feature releases, upselling new features;
  • Negotiate contractual terms with clients;
  • Keeping customer data updated into CRM system;
  • Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied;
  • Close communication with onboarding and support departments;
  • Meeting KPI goals.

    Would be a plus:
  • If such words as CPA/CPI, Traffic, Affiliates, Offers are familiar for you;
  • Previous experience in affiliate marketing on any position;
  • Basic understanding of the SAAS business model, knowing metrics MRR, ARR, churn etc.
