The international Company is looking for an experienced Business Analytic with a good background in active sales, market analysis, business development and building long-term relationships with customers.
The role is required to develop and realize the new projects in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, Business Process efficiency for Retail vertical.
- Organization and holding of marketing meetings with potential Retail customers, identification of their needs in the field of integration of IT products and integrated solutions for business, discussion of projects and their features, formalization of Customer requirements, preparation of technical solutions both independently and in line with a competent Department, calculation of projects, coordination with the customer of proposed solutions
- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals, pre/contractual work, searching for subcontractors
- Planning stages of project implementation, monitoring, search and optimization of partnerships for the implementation of existing projects and coordination of joint activities, promotion of joint products. Constant market analysis: demand, supply, key competitors
- Conduct marketing research high qualified business analysis of the entrusted market segment. Be as the pre/post-sales marketing/business development liaison between the Customer’s innovation or marketing contact and Sales
- Provide marketing/business modelling/transformation consulting using best-practice and deployment techniques for solutions to Cross Match Sales, Partners and Customers
- Provide business consultation and writing, as part of the response team on RFI and RFP
- Provide business transformation/marketing support to the Sales organization, including the conceptual frameworks preparation
- Higher education
- Solid experience and strong knowledge of Business Transformation technologies: marketing, business planning, processes transformation, value generation technics, business audits and etc
- Significant and proven results in the work
- English – fluent
- Experience of work in large companies particularly in organization and business transformation areas (with the teams of different business and/or cultural backgrounds)
- Experience in external customers, the experience of international communication
- At least 5 years of experience in the business (partner, sales and/or business development)
- Ability to adapt to different cultural aspects of the region.
- Advanced PC and MS Office user
- Solid experience in the position of business transformation, consultant in telecom, agriculture, Smart City, Retail and others
- Experience in the development and implementation of complex projects
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, Leadership and the ability to convince and negotiate
- Ability to work independently, to achieve the objectives, oriented at the result
