Project Overview:

Our customer provides information and entertainment services through Satellite and IP channels to users across whole USA. On the new project our team will work on innovative and extensible Android based Automotive solution that brings together the most advanced features like Connected Vehicle, Car Diagnostics, Vehicle To Vehicle, Satellite Radio and Media Streaming.

Responsibilities / Tasks:

- Design, develop code and debug new applications

- Analyze and enhance efficiency, stability and scalability of existing applications

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in design and development of Android applications

- Knowledge of Android applications architecture, approaches to design and development of Android applications

- Knowledge of Java frameworks (RxJava, Dagger, Activeandroid, Retrofit, Butter Knife, Event Bus, OkHttp) is beneficial

- Experience with performance and memory tuning

- Knowledge of testing approaches (functional, unit, integration, system)

- Experience with modern and distributed code and defect management tools

- Spoken English ( enough to participate in conference calls and meetings with Customer and team)
