Business Process/Systems Analyst CRM

Requirements:

• Excelent analytical skills
• Attention to details
• Knowledge of the basic modules of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of the basics of the relational databases.
• Knowledge of other platforms and integration mechanisms is a plus;
• Understanding of IT standards and technologies (Javascript, SQL Server, Reporting services, TFS or Jira);
• Experience in Data Analysis, describing and regulating business processes in CRM implementation projects;
• Experience in Function and Usability Testing, Defect Analysis, Bugs Verification;

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs;
• Collect, create, analyze and formalize business requirements;
• Develop functional requirements,
• Preparation of technical specifications;
• Communication with internal project teams;
• CRM customization (setup business-rules and business-processes);
• Preparing Test Cases and user documentation.
• Testing of new functionality;
• Fully support users during hyper-care period and ensure smooth transition to regular support mode.
