Data A‎nalyst

Wheely is the #1 executive class service in Russia, with the ambition to become the #1 business and lux class private driver service in London in 2018. We are looking for a data analyst reporting to the head of analytics.

You will be responsible for:

• Support various business departments in the company through efficient data analytics and reporting;
• Create, maintain & document reports in our BI tool;
• Teach stakeholders how to use our tools&reports.

Our present stack is Periscope Data + Redshift and we are considering moving to Mode.

Interview mode: Interview + Test Assignment. You can submit the test assignment at any time during the interview process.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL (Window functions, Subqueries, etc.);
• JavaScript is a plus;
• You know how important it is to write both elegant and performance tuned queries;
• Python is nice to have but not required;
• Enough stats to separate signals from the noise (confidence intervals, etc.);
• You have a desire to solve real world problems, you see beauty in data and structure and know how important these are to understanding a problem and identifying effective solutions;
• Proactive, analytical, hard working, teamwork;
• Fast-paced, engineering-centric, fact-driven, results-oriented.
