Spotware Systems is seeking for experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, analysing, and improvement of the project’s development process.

• Managing current Agile processes of the project, pointing areas of improvement, working with key stakeholders to implement the improvements
• Providing progress updates, feedback and recommendations

Managing relationships and communication between all stakeholders of the project

Providing clear ownership for every part of the project

Ensuring cross-team coordination

Providing regular feedback to team members and their line managers

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager
• Deep understanding of Scrum processes and roles
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven leadership and motivation skills
• Strong written and oral communicational skills
• Experience using Agile performance metrics
• Fluent English and Russian
