UI/UX Web Designer (with relocation to Cyprus)

We’re looking for UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of proven experience and a strong professional portfolio which demonstrates a good flair in web design, typography, branding and information design. You’ll be working on a variety of projects including websites, marketing and advertising materials.

Skills & Requirements:

• A Diploma of Higher Education

• Great experience in design for websites.

• Knowledge and proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

• Deep experience in WEB / UI / UX

• Have a diverse portfolio and the ability to work in a variety of styles and media

• Ability to multi-task while maintaining careful attention to detail

• Focus on results, ability to explain and defend own point of view

• Ability to work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and address competing priorities

• Good knowledge of English (Intermediate)

Desired skills:

• Experience in conversion optimization (split tests, analysis)

• Knowledge of Illustrator will be a plus

• Creativity, curiosity, and excitement with a willingness to learn

• Desire to work in a team and to constantly evolve.

• Flexibility, communication skills

• Ability to convey ideas and concepts verbally and in writing

• Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment

• Self-motivation, flexibility, stamina, adaptation, and the resilience to accept criticism of your work

Preferred but not essential:

• Animation skills

• Video production

• Infographic design

• Illustration and animation

PORTFOLIO as a MUST

Responsibilities:

• Create design for interesting and complex web-projects, updating the design of existing projects; banner design

• Create comfortable, simple and beautiful interfaces, apply best practices in usability

• Offer new ideas and implement them together with developers

• Work in a friendly team on exciting large-scale projects
