iOS Developer — Kiev/Prague

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications for the iOS platform
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements

• BS/MS/Phd in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience as a developer
• 2+ years iOS application development using iOS SDK
• Strong technical knowledge of iOS mobile application development for iPhone/iPad using Objective-C/Swift with Cocoa Touch and related frameworks
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

Desirable

• Experience writing unit tests and testable code
• Strong algorithmic background
• Experience with multithreaded programming
• Design patterns

Android Developer — Prague

Responsibilities

• Design and build applications for the Android platform
• Write code that is consistent and clean both in formatting style and design with current Android coding practices.
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Work with a team of developers, designers, QA, and project management to produce high quality projects.
• Review code for your peers.
• Skills and experience
• BS/MS/Phd in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience with Android application development using Android SDK
• 3+ years of experience as a developer
• Good Object oriented programming skills
• At least one published app in Google Play
• Understanding of applications, integration and network architectures, as well as dependencies between development components
• Experience with and strong interest in UI implementation
• Knowledge about mobile usability principles, design concepts, user expectations
• Great analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Git and Gradle
• Team player who is motivated, self-learner and well organized
• Can work well and communicate effectively with diverse teams

Desirable

• CI, Unit testing, UI testing
• RxJava, Dagger 2, Retrofit 2
• Android Clean Architecture
