Head of QA (Cyprus)

Responsibilities:

• Defining QA strategy, approach and execution
• Responsible for leading and directing the QA team.
• Maintenance of quality standards as well as enforcing technical and testing standards.
• Monitoring of all the QA activities, gathering and presenting testing metrics and testing activities for the projects to key stakeholders.
• Development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline and framework.
• Providing technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools and Techniques across the teams.
• Cooperation with QA managers and Product Managers to develop and execute QA strategies to meet Company goals.

Required:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as Head of QA
• Strong leadership skills with experience in implementing and shaping the company’s QA processes and strategies.
• Knowledge of methods and processes used in quality assurance of software programs
• Knowledge and skills in Agile Methodology
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Desired:

• Knowledge of programming, scripting languages
• Client/server API testing methodologies
• DevOps practices experience
