The level-2 technical support analyst is the customer's contact with Global Virtual Opportunities(GVO) via electronic mail, live chat, and sometimes telephone for tier-2 technical support issues. GVO is a leading provider of website hosting and marketing tools that include video conferencing, e-responder, self-video production, lead generation, and web blogging technology platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Resolves customer tickets
- Handles customers via live chat or telephone
- Offers solutions for tier-2 technical problems via e-mail or chat
- Documents technical solutions via customer relationship management (CRM) computer software
Required Skills:
- Advanced Linux administration experience (3 years or more)
- WHM/CPanel experience (1,5 years or more)
- Experience with
- Apache
- MySQL
- PHP
- phpMyAdmin
- Exim/Dovecot
- BIND
- Pure-FTPD
- Firewall
- Experience with troubleshooting of CMS problems (Wordpress is preferable )
- Unix shell scripting
- Experience with Zabbix monitoring system
- Understanding of virtualization
Would be a plus:
- knowledge of Cloudlinux
- knowledge of Linux networking
Required languages:
- Russian (written and spoken)
- English (written and spoken)
- Spanish will be a plus.
