The level-2 technical support analyst is the customer's contact with Global Virtual Opportunities(GVO) via electronic mail, live chat, and sometimes telephone for tier-2 technical support issues. GVO is a leading provider of website hosting and marketing tools that include video conferencing, e-responder, self-video production, lead generation, and web blogging technology platforms.


  • Resolves customer tickets
  • Handles customers via live chat or telephone
  • Offers solutions for tier-2 technical problems via e-mail or chat
  • Documents technical solutions via customer relationship management (CRM) computer software

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Linux administration experience (3 years or more)
  • WHM/CPanel experience (1,5 years or more)
  • Experience with
  • Apache
  • MySQL
  • PHP
  • phpMyAdmin
  • Exim/Dovecot
  • BIND
  • Pure-FTPD
  • Firewall
  • Experience with troubleshooting of CMS problems (Wordpress is preferable )
  • Unix shell scripting
  • Experience with Zabbix monitoring system
  • Understanding of virtualization

Would be a plus:

  • knowledge of Cloudlinux
  • knowledge of Linux networking

Required languages:

  • Russian (written and spoken)
  • English (written and spoken)
  • Spanish will be a plus.
