Our ideal candidate has a strong passion for development in general and architecture and games in particular. Should be an experienced developer or technical lead who wants to take the next step and take on a broader set of responsibilities.

You’ll be responsible for the architecture, development and maintenance of Skywind’s new html5 state of the art games client.You will be planning and developing Game Framework components, features and services that enable Game teams to focus on creating magical gaming experiences. You will maintain and continuously improve the Game Framework code base to keep it well designed and optimized.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, asynchronous architectures, dynamic typing, performance optimization
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5 features
• Experience in applying OOP and MVC principles
• Knowledge of modern JS frameworks (Model-View-Whatever)
• Experience in debugging and profiling browser applications
• Cross-browser development of web apps
• Mobile web development (iOS, Android)
• Grunt/Gulp/Webpack (task manager tools)
• Experience in dealing with graphics in terms of game development
• Familiarity with Pixi.js would be a plus
• Canvas element
• Unix shell
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (SCSS/LESS)
• Knowledge of at least one of server languages (PHP, Python, Java, C# etc)
• Experience in TypeScript (ES 6) would be a strong advantage
• English - upper intermediate
