Project Manager (ad network) - релокация на Кипр

You’re an experienced IT Project Manager, you’ve led a development team in the online advertising industry and are intimately familiar with ad-serving technologies?

The product is an online ad network, which offers desktop and mobile monetization solutions to advertisers and publishers worldwide. We are looking for a project manager to lead the development team and to build cutting-edge advertising solutions.

Our office is located in Limassol, where it’s never too cold :)

What you'll do:

• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with Product Manager and development team, create detailed work plan;
• Review the project schedule, revise the schedule as required;
• Help defining what technologies should be used and implemented for the areas of: ad serving, real time bidding, big data, data engineering.
• Prepare reports and supporting documentation;
• Ensure that the project is delivered on-time and all the plans are fulfilled.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Russian speaker with fluent English;
• Great understanding of the business of the ad network
• Experience in Web projects, previous leadership experience within an engineering team;
• Used to multicultural and multilingual environments.
• Ability to deal with technical crisis situations.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
