Senior Hardware Engineer job with relocation to the Netherlands entails you to:

• Concentrate on the creation and development of hardware systems for our illumination control products;
• Collaborate with our software, embedded and hardware developers team and external partners.

Your qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Embedded/ Electronics/ Electrical engineering or relevant field;
• 5 - 10 years background in the relevant field;
• Extensive work experience with electronics hardware design and development (Altium or other comparable tool) ;
• Proven expertise in hardware systems (power supply, interfacing circuits, microcontrollers etc), processors, wireless module (2.4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4 ZigBee radio);
• Excellent skills developing production ready PCB design;
• Background with switch-mode power supply a pre;
• Fine knowledge and skills resolving EMI and EMC;
• Development of hardware test plan, designing the necessary hardware and transferring the test-setup to a manufacturing facility isn`t a problem for you;
• Knowledge of version control means (Github etc.);
• Passion for learning and integrating cutting-edge tools and techniques;
• Proficiency in quick prototyping procedures;
• Strong teamwork abilities to coordinate the production process with producers effectively and work successfully in our multicultural multidisciplinary team;
• Great passion for sharing knowledge and experience, training junior colleagues;
• Entrepreneurial, goal and solution oriented mindset;
• Systems thinking;
• Openness to new concepts and approaches;
• Background working in the hardware design/ consultancy firm would be advantageous;
• Fine grasp of embedded software systems would be appreciated.
